Special Edition Kiasmo for Umami.
The series of dishes "Kiasmo for Umami" was created by the designer Vincenzo D'Alba in collaboration with the chef Felice Sgarra, from the Michelin starred restaurant Umami Andria.
The Archiproducts space in Milan promoted the collaboration between two Apulian enterprises. Kiasmo and Umami restaurant confronted themselves, in a way which is original and unusual, about art and food.
Each dish is handmade following traditional ceramic craft tecniques.
The dish, produced with the technique of decalcomania, is produced in Special Edition: Kiasmo for Umami with collaboration chef Felice Sgarra.
This work is the results of a co-work developed in Archiproducts Milano space.
