Modula - Excellence and modularity.
The name itself, Modula, perfectly expresses the concept behind this project: a modular integrated cooking and suction system that can be adapted to various needs.
This product, available in different configurations, is the result of the combination of cooking and suction elements.
The hood integrates completely into the worktop, thanks to the stainless steel frame that surrounds the various cooking modules, and the automatic flap system, which, once closed, return a completely flat work surface without joints, thicknesses or other relief elements. Thanks to the Flex Surface technology, the induction acts uniformly on all the cooking zones, which can be joined to guarantee maximum versatility in the use of pots of different types and sizes. Modula is composed of ceramic and steel elements, which give it a geometric and rigorous, yet elegant design. The frame and the suction flaps are made of high quality stainless steel (AISI 304) with Scotch Brite satin finish: a guarantee of resistance to every test and of quality that lasts over time, with an impeccable realization in every detail.
A powerful and efficient brushless motor, combined with the study of air flows and the use of insulating materials, allows the best suction performance with the minimum contribution of noise.
In the recirculating version, the Carbon.Zeo technology allows excellent performance in the reduction of odors and humidity from cooking fumes, thanks to the use of Zeolite.
Modula will be available from March 2019.
