Coassiale is a direct and indirect light, thanks to the LED light sources hold inside two colored aluminium cylindrical supports which are at the endpoint of the twice power cables. One is for the ceiling connection, the other one is used as a counter-weight. The light is reflected on a swivel disk in a white opal methacrylate material which spaces and slides along two cables, to create different light effects. Inferior cylindrical support with a cable and an electronic driver on the plug.
Two cables support a spacer disk in white opal methacrylate, swiveling and adjustable in height. The two spot lights at the end of the cables reflect from the disk onto the surrounding environment, generating soft games of light that you can change as you please.
"We wanted to design an object that could speak of tension and gravity. We designed a changing lamp, capable of modifying its light effect and its abstract geometry. Two spotlights one in front of the other, one fixed and the other pendant, held together only by two cables. At the center, a disk of light hanging in mid-air moves and diffuses light, producing concentric shadows on the floor and on the ceiling."
