RUBIN RED & BRUSHED NICKEL
Thick fire-painted Red Ruby (RAL 3003) polished steel kitchen with brushed nickel finishes. Consisting of 3 islands and a wall-mounted washing area. From the left, the first island is the bar counter with a double marble top, heating lamps, ice-maker and food warmer. The second island is dedicated to professional cooking. On the left side, the “first course” area with an induction hob, pasta cooker, preparation sink as well as 2 ovens (mod. FE10). On the right side, the “second course” area with: 60 cm fry-top, fryer and sink. Features of the island include the two side wings that conceal 2 trolleys on wheels. Professional hood. The third island is for preparation and consists of: a slicer, a blast chiller, a vacuum packer, and a 1.10 m sink. The top is a single steel sheet measuring over 4 metres. It is completed with a refrigerator and a freezer. Lastly, the wall-mounted washing area consists of 2 small cabinets, a professional dishwasher and an additional sink.
