With Falmec's new Piano hood, smoke generated when you cook is diverted downwards and drawn in directly from the vents located near the hob.
This new model perfectly combines design, functionality and innovation. Indeed, suction directly from the hob allows for complete freedom in terms of design. It is the ideal choice to make the most of your island hob or when you cannot install a ceiling hood. It is also ideal for wall-mounted solutions to make the most of the wall unit's area, especially when the room is small and you need to organise and design space as best as possible.
Piano is available in two versions: one with a central extractor element or two elements on the sides of the hob. This model offers maximum flexibility in terms of installation. Indeed, the ducting system allows you to adapt this model both to one-wall and island kitchens and is suitable for raised assembly or assembly flush with the worktop. The hood's extractor elements have a detailed design and finishes so that they can be perfectly combined with Falmec's new hobs. However, the Piano hood can be used with any induction hob.
Piano is made with hygienic AISI 304 stainless steel, easy to clean and extremely resistant to corrosion. Plus, it has a touch-screen keypad and adjustable fins to draw in smoke.
The hood can be installed both on specific motors (1000 m3/h – 1200 m3/h) positioned under the base and with any kind of remote motor unit available. Moreover, thanks to the use of the Carbon. Zeo filter – a special filter patented by Falmec that employs the various minerals available in nature (Carbon+Zeolite), Piano can be also installed in the filtering version, thereby ensuring great performance in eliminating odours.
