Tattoo - Titanium stainless steel sculptural island with sink base and drawer base cabinet.
The drawers, equipped with refined dividers, have a soft close mechanism and allow a rational use.
Matt stainless steel, combined with titanium stainless steel by means of the traditional technique developed by Marco Gorini for STRATO, is the material chosen for the worktop surface. The worktop hosts a welded sink, hobs and hood by BORA.
The plinth structure, by rising transversely, models the shape of the central body and is transformed into a suspended top.
The elegant top, carved by expert Italian cabinet makers, has a stainless steel and black Oak wood tribal tattoo inlaid surface.
Materials: Titanium stainless steel, stainless steel matt finishing, Oak wood and stainless steel intarsia.
Uniqueness is the name of the new collection designed for STRATO by Gianna Farina and Marco Gorini.
A collection dedicated to the high quality and craftsmanship of Italian design, where Art, Beauty, Exclusivity and Elegance blend together to create a unique and timeless product.
The Uniqueness collection consists of two islands and a round table with details referring to classical decorative elements which are then reinterpreted in original shapes. The tribal tattoos, the Panama braid and the seams thus become a new expression of intarsia, a typically Italian art form.
Brass, bronze, copper, titanium, precious woods, mother of pearl or horn are some of the materials used for the intarsias and can transform a simple island into a unique work of art.
The two islands - characterized by the structure of the plinth, which, by rising transversely, creates a suspended top - are made with different materials and present a metal intarsia on the top surface.
