Another journey into Matteo Ugolini’s memory: Via Rizzo 7 is a suspended lamp and at the same time the place where Matteo grew up older, where he laughed and played and where he could see rounded street lamps hanging in the middle of the public road. That model represents a happy recollection and its grey matt ceramic outside and white inside is a kind of beaming in black and white of that memory, just like an old picture show.
As additional creative and funny optional there is Maio and Pepo, a parrot and a little bird which if need be can roost at the top of the lamp. Those two belong to Matteo’s childhood just like to our own early days.
